It's Time to Update Final Forms

It's time to update your student's FinalForms information for the 2023-2024 school year! This process must be done every school year. 

  1. Go to: https://southwestharrison-oh.finalforms.com/
  2. Login as a Parent.
  3. Complete all of the FinalForms.

Notes:

-Student information from 2022-2023 will pre-populate in the forms. Please review, confirm or update, and sign.

-IMPORTANT:  The Free and Reduced Lunch application is now available to be filled out! Please make sure to check the income eligibility box on the Food Services Information Form and follow the link provided to see if your student qualifies.
